I hosted an outdoor celebration party, the Steel Drum Band played. Mike was great. He was sensitive to volume but set it perfectly. Everyone enjoyed his music. I would DEFINITELY hire him again.

What to expect
Audiences LOVE my music, and I get lots of applause and thumbs up whenever I play. I'm very easy to work with, and will meet whatever needs you have. My clients consistently mention and appreciate my professionalism. I will arrive and set up early, and stay in touch prior to your event. Compared to other bands, my fee is very reasonable. My goal is simple: to bring a happy, island vibe through live steel drum music.
About
I play familiar and fun Caribbean/island (reggae, calypso, soca) songs and other popular songs to give your party a real island vibe, such as Jimmy Buffett, Bob Marley, Harry Belafonte, and even some popular music from artists such as the Beatles and even the Big Band era, too. I use backing tracks to round out the musical enjoyment while I play the steel drum. As a cover band, my 70-song repertoire includes such favorites as: Don't Worry Be Happy, Maryann, I Can See Clearly Now, Girl from Ipanema, Guantanamera, Limbo Rock, Banana Wind, Under the Boardwalk, Margaritaville, and several popular songs such as Imagine, I'm Yours, Uncle John's Band, Happy, and One Day.
