May 14, 2025Got to listen to the Stardust Music group at my brothers wedding and they were spectacular! They were playing a mix of jazz/pop and they were able to change the atmosphere with just their music. They even played some K-Pop for the bride.

May 14, 2025The band played a beautiful variety of well-known tunes that simply elevated the atmosphere. It really made the entire event feel more elegant and yet personal with the touch of live music. Everyone kept complimenting us on such a wonderful dinner reception! Definitely recommend!! All of the band members were very friendly and professional. They also set up and tore down everything themselves, and that made the process super easy. So helpful when you’re in the midst of a busy day! I will most definitely be recommending them to more of my friends and family.

Stardust Music has one primary goal. To make beautiful live jazz and instrumental music for the people of Southern California. We believe that having live music truly changes the atmosphere of a space, and has the power to create bonds, lift moods, make memories, and heal the heart. All of our musicians have received formal training in their respective instruments and bring years of experience perfecting and performing their craft. We all share a common passion to serve the community and others with our music.
Clients can choose a group as small as a duo all the way up to a larger ensemble of 4+ people as requested. We provide all sound equipment and come fully prepared to perform for any event. Clients can expect to hear classic jazz, American Songbook standards, and popular music arranged for our instrumental groups that fit perfectly in a cocktail hour setting, or any occasion that desires classy background music and ambiance.
Kevin Karagozian is a bassist, educator, and composer from Southern California. Drawn to music at a young age, he eventually took a serious interest in jazz and the bass in high school. Eventually, he had the honor to study under legendary Jazz pianist/Grammy award winner Bill Cunliffe at California State University Fullerton along with former Gene Harris/Horace silver Bassist, Luther Hughes. Kevin is currently an active sideman and leader performing all across the Los Angeles and Orange County areas. He has performed and continues to perform alongside musicians including Sam Hirsh, Bill Cunliffe, Rodolfo Zuniga and Kevin Kanner among others.
All that we request is access to a power outlet. All instruments and sound equipment will be provided by the performers.
