Stanley is a 58 year old attorney, CPA, author of 9 self-help books, change expert and productivity coach. He has lectured extensively at Canyon Ranch Spa in Tucson, AZ and other venues as well, on the subjects of productivity enhancement, motivation, personal development and change.
After having lost 175 pounds, Stanley has become fascinated by the subject of change.
What motivates people to change?
What stops them from changing?
Does change happen slowly, or can it happen in the blink of an eye? (It can ...)
He's the creator of the Quantum Leap Productivity System, a 3 part system designed to help individuals and groups be happier, healthier and more productive than ever before.
S Bronstein’s presentation was motivational and inspiring. He is a highly qualified as noted in his resume; as well as an author. He is hardworking and honest with the experience to back up the advice and knowledge he provides in his “talks”. He’s approachable and gives plenty of opportunities for questions and discussion. He inspires participants to be successful in their endeavors and how to overcome obstacles they might encounter. He encourages positiveness in thinking and the benefits that can come with it. I highly recommend him and his books for businesses as well as individuals with goals to achieve.
Response from Stanley Bronstein, CPA, JD, LLM:
Nell, thank you for your kind words ...
Thank you for presenting your "15 Laws of Productivity" at the Small Business Administration's Commerical Loan Service Center in Fresno, California (CLSC). The CLSC manages SBA's single largest portfolio of government guaranteed loans in the entire United States - 230,000 loans valued at approximately $48 billion.
Your training was very well received by the staff. One team member shared: "Thank you for bringing Mr. Bronstein to the Service Center, his presentation was very uplifting. He kept us very engaged and focused on his productivity training, and reminding us that we empower the 15 concepts each and every day and it is up to us to use these tools every day, if you want to see a positive change".
Another comment was: "His [Mr. Bronstein's] message of inspiration, gaining insights into taking action, leadership, overcoming fears, confidence, goal setting and time management was just what I needed to hear."
During my stay at the Canyon Ranch in Tucson Arizona, I went to a presentation from Stanley Bronstein. I can just say it was a life-changing experience. As a business owner myself, I thought I had a decent amount of communication ability and skills. But in a short amount of time, Mr Bronstein was able to provide us in the audience with advanced skills and tips necessary to understand how to make some major life changes, and communicate better with people in our lives, especially conflict resolution. Through what I learned there, I was able to resolve some conflict within my family — a conflict that I thought was beyond repair! I highly recommend Mr Bronstein for any presentation you’re thinking about having. And his own personal story is so motivating and inspiring.
Response from Stanley Bronstein, CPA, JD, LLM:
Kim, thank you so much for your kind words. You made my day ! Take care and please let me know how I can help in the future.
I attended two of Stanley’s discussions and presentations. I enjoyed new views and original comments on old or routine behaviors and thoughts. I took away from his insights both positive and ‘dusted-off’ motivational thoughts to help me continue on my journey. I find life can get stale and he expressed different view points.
Stanley was engaging and entertaining, leading by example, and providing new thoughts and tools to travel on one’s personal route.

Stanley F. Bronstein
Attorney, CPA, Author
Turned Life Coach, Artist and Athlete
Almost 40 years ago, Stanley was an 18 year old college freshman at the University of Texas who weighed close to 300 pounds.
Roughly 25 years ago, his weight maxed out at 367 pounds when he was in Law School.
As recently as early 2009, he weighed 320 pounds.
Now, he’s married; lives in Arizona, he’s a CPA, an attorney, an author of 9 books; a professional walker (as he likes to call himself); the founder of Foundation EON, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to the Elimination of Obesity and a catalyst of change who’s devoted his life to helping others to change their lives; to change their country and to change their world.
He has lectured extensively at Canyon Ranch Spa in Tucson, AZ and other venues as well, where he lectures on the subjects of productivity enhancement, motivation, personal development and change.
He now weighs less than 200 pounds. This was done with no drugs and no surgeries. Just hard work and determination.
As you can see, Stanley’s made quite a few changes his my life . ..
Some people fear change . . . Stanley used to fear change.
Now he embraces it . . .
The answer’s simple.
Change is a necessary element of growth.
If we change we grow . . .
If we don’t change, we don’t grow . . .
We stagnate and begin to decay . . .
That’s the simple truth about change.
So, what got him to change?
As his 50th birthday approached, he decided enough was enough. He was tired of living a life of obesity and he was going to do something about it. He decided it was time to step out of his comfort zone.
Since February 2009, Stanley’s dropped from a weight of 320 pounds to below 200. Believe it or not, he weighs less now than he did when he was 15 years old. His blood pressure has gone from 170 over 80 to 95 over 55. All of this without drugs or surgery. Now, more than 8 years later, he’s incorporated permanent, lasting changes into his life. He’s no longer obese and he promises that he’s not going back.
He’s gone from a life of inactivity to walking 15 to 20 miles daily, some days he walks even more. In 2012, he walked 32 marathons totaling more than 5600 miles. In 2013, he walked 30 marathons and broke 5800 miles. In 2014, he walked 5555 miles. He did it again in 2015 and he’s been going strong ever since.
As you can see, change is possible . . .
But, that’s enough about Stanley. We’re here to talk about you.
Stanley believes that if he could change as much as he has, there’s no doubt that you can change as much as you want to . . .
The question is, do you want to?
