Stand-up Comedy

Ishtiaq Qureshi (Ish-Tea-Aak Kor-eshi; اشتیاق قریشی, born 1985) is a stand-up comedian from Seattle. He is originally from a state called Kashmir between Pakistan and India. Before moving to the US in 2016, he worked as a broadcast journalist for more than a decade. He had his own prime time radio show broadcasted on multiple radio stations simultaneously. Ishtiaq grew up in an active war zone area called Line of Control. Ishtiaq brings a unique comedic perspective from his experiences in a conflict zone. He performs regularly at comedy venues in Seattle and Tacoma area.
