Stacy Carter

Classy, elegant, sultry, seasoned and professional are the five words I would use to describe myself. No matter the occasion, I can tailor the entertainment to fit your needs. Be it for a wedding, corporate event or a restaurant performance playing Jazz, R&B, Adult Contemporary or Pop music, I have different configurations from a 7 piece band to a solo performance playing with tracks if you are limited on space or needing to pinch your pennies.

Stacy Carter began her singing career in the San Francisco Bay Area when her mother entered her in the California Miss Pageant. She sang in school choir and musical theatre, performed at Great America in Santa Clara and was a runner up for Miss San Jose. Stacy worked the Southern California club scene before moving to Tokyo, where she sang in Vivi’s hostess club. Soon thereafter, she was approached her to open for R&B groups Klymaxx and Lakeside.

After returning to the USA, Stacy won a Jazz vocal competition and performed in most of the high profile lounges in the San Francisco Bay area. Stacy also produces her own stage show entitled The Women of Soul, during which she performs the songs of the iconic Diana Ross.

In 2013, she performed for three months at the Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel in Nagoya, Japan and had a 6 month residency at the Miyakonojo Green Hotel also in Japan. Stacy also performed for 3 months Cravin’ Cajun in the Novotel Dubai Al Barsha before return for another six month engagement at the Miyakonojo Green Hotel in 2015. Stacy has most recently been performing for the five star Absheron Hotel Group in Baku, Azerbaijan.
