TracyJ is a Grenadian-born - Durham Based spoken word performer, entrepreneur, and founder of Pour-et Teas. Her poetry transcends the stage—inviting audiences to feel, reflect, and rise. A natural storyteller, TracyJ explores themes of Black identity, women’s empowerment, mental health, love and cultural heritage, through performances that leave lasting emotional impact.
