We are a professional string trio that plays classical, Christian, and country-style fiddle music. We can beautify a wedding, provide beautiful background music for a formal event, or put on a concert that will have the audience tapping their toes and enjoying a fun time. We can also add other instruments, including mountain and hammered dulcimers, mandolin, regular or Irish flute, stumpf fiddle, and more. Just let us know what you'd like!

August 20, 2018The girls arrived early, had a manager with them to help sort out kinks, and ran a smooth 2 Hour set at our wedding.
It was absolutely beautiful watching my wedding party walk towards me to Cannon in D, then indescribable when they played Hallelujah when my Bride walked to the alter to join me.
They played 1000 years during the middle of our ceremony for us during a personal quite reading of vows, and signing of documents. Excellent.
My guests were impressed, I was happy, and they were extremely professional.
When trying to research the group prior to hiring them on, I couldn't find really anything recent, but after talking with their manager and hearing about their musical history and the other weddings they did it I was sold. Then they did a Class A performance at our wedding.
So don't let the lack of updated material discourage you.
Our guests enjoyed Champaign under a tent while they played for an additional hour after ceremony and it was beautiful.
Only thing is make sure you have an accessible power source with extension cord to where they are playing, or, in our case we did a Bluetooth speaker with usb cord to plug into laptop to to play a little backline tracks for a couple special songs they do.

November 13, 2017Caught them at the Cup O' Joy with Anastasia Lee's group "Tre Principesse"...It was a night to remember! Spirited Strings greatly enhanced the concert giving everything a very professional look and sound!

Alicia Michelle is the leader of the group. A virtuoso violinist and an award-winning fiddler, she has been performing professionally since she was 10 years old, and she became a member of two professional orchestras when she was 14. She has also been the featured guest soloist with several orchestras. She is joined by her sisters: Deanna Ruth, who has won numerous awards herself for her viola and flute playing, and Karina Grace, a talented teen who plays cello and four other instruments. The three perform as a group, and Alicia Michelle also does numerous solo events. Their events tend to be Christian, classical, and/or fiddle-based, and they enjoy each type!
