I have had the extreme pleasure of working with Spilosophy Catering in more than one occasion. I have always had a great experience with them. The meals have always been top notch in every aspect: taste, presentation and professional service. They specialize in plant based dishes that are phenomenal but they will also work with clients that prefer a more animal protein menu. I highly recommend them. This is a world class professional cuisine service. I guarantee that once you've used Spilosophy you won't look for anyone else for you future events. They are the best!
