Spiderman, Batman, Superman, Hulk, Wonder Woman, Iron Man, Santa

Santa and an elf blew away my 8, 6 and 4 year old granddaughters on Christmas Day! Perfect! Something they’ll never, ever forget and I’m extremely grateful. Lots of other event ideas to come for them. Greg

If you’re going to spend $500 on an awkward, cringey Spiderman experience, buy a cheap costume and pay someone from your local high school drama club to wear it for an hour.
The performer, Jake, was in contact early and showed up with a card for the birthday boy. He arrived in full Spidey suit, walks through the door, and instead of playing into it at all while these five kids are running up to him, like saying, “Hey, I just finished webbing up Electro and wanted to swing in for the birthday party!” He literally says, “Can someone point out the birthday boy for me?” hands the birthday boy his card, and then just stands there. He should have been provided with some sort of script, dialogue, etc. from this company and it’s clear that he was not. He showed up with his dad, which makes sense given this kid might be 18. Jake understandably called him his photographer. Aaron had already told me he was his dad. (Huge red flag that Aaron does NOT have his performers’ best interests in mind.)
Jake had no idea what to do, at all, and was incredibly uncomfortable the entire time. One of the birthday boy’s favorite things to do is build with blocks, so I figured the birthday boy would want to share that with Spiderman. Jake sat down and nodded at every block he was handed before simply setting it down. We also had these spray cans so the kids could have ‘web-shooters.' I tried to hand Jake one and he would not take it.
Aaron, the business manager, is going to call me a ‘problem client.' Of course I have to be a Karen if I’m not entirely thrilled with his scam. He will take absolutely no responsibility for his ineptitude or for throwing his performer into a situation wholly unprepared.
The party was on 7/6 and is a bit of drive, I get that. That’s why I tipped well, even though I 100% overpaid for this ‘experience.’ Aaron was super aggressive from the start, a genuine hustler about every little thing. Telling me why 2 hours was so expensive as it is incredibly taxing on the performer (his words), so I say an hour would be fine. No change in price which is odd, so I ask about it and of course he has a dozen reasons why it’s the same price. I took a while to book because something just felt ‘off.'
I asked Jake for the photos from his photographer on July 12th (he was using his phone so I didn’t imagine there was much if any kind of editing going on to make it take any actual time) and didn’t receive a reply. Today, 7/18, I asked Aaron to reach out for me, and his response was that it was a long drive (nearly 2 weeks later?), and that I hadn’t responded to him when he sent “hope the party went well.,” and asked me to take a minute to leave a 5 star review. Not an honest one, mind you, a 5 star review.
This guy knows what he’s doing- ripping people off, both those purchasing and the performers as well. Jake was beyond worried about anything happening to the suit. The kids got so bored of just ‘hanging out’ with Spidey (he would respond to them, but never took any initiative himself) that they went to play with a water table outside. Jake wouldn’t even go outside at this point because of the water. I ended up telling him he could leave about twenty minutes early because of how awkward it all was. And that $1,000 suit Aaron uses to justify his spiel? Literally $50 on multiple costume sites. (I was a Costume Designer in San Diego and there is no way that suit cost over $100, nor should getting it wet be an issue given the material.)
I hate writing bad reviews, everyone has off days, etc., but this was such a scam from the very beginning. The only reason I am writing this review at all is in the hopes that it helps someone else, either people looking for a performer or people looking to work for this company.

This was just OK we have had events in the past where we have hired characters in Spider-Man has been one of them. The Spider-Man we hired for our last event was doing flips and Rillian character this Spider-Man just stood around, waiting for constant direction. I had to constantly tell him what to do at all times really wasn’t overly engaging with the birthday boy had to give constant reminders of who the birthday boy was all in all for my next event, I will likely hire another Spider-Man. I really wasn’t impressed and most of the guests at my party were wondering the same thing it was really a subpar experience.

Hulk made our grandson's day we highly recommend him

Was a good party and spiderman joined in on the games, took pictures, read a book, and sang happy birthday! Awesome experience!
