Overview
I am a husband and the father of four awesome children. I have become a student of parenting ever since I went through a huge valley when my oldest child was nearing her first birthday. Sharing my personal story of overcoming challenging circumstances to grow as a person and as a father is difficult, but it is also rewarding and worthwhile. Learn more about me on my website. Ryan's talk was very insightful and held the children's attention. It had a wonderful message and totally led the kids to know that God is the place they need to do to direct their life. We would have him again.

What to expect
Ryan speaks for 30 to 60 minutes about his parenting journey from becoming a dad in 2011 to major depression in 2012 and back to good health. He will share funny stories, how his perspective on parenting has changed over time and why he is sharing his story with others. Ryan will entertain and encourage the audience. His talk will end with a clear call to action for all parents.

Ryan grew up in northeast Indiana with two older siblings. He graduated from college and was married in 2007. Ryan started his career and continues to work full time. He is the father of four children and began speaking to parents in 2012. Ryan enjoys poking fun at himself, sharing his parenting mistakes and lessons learned with others.
