Sparkle Pop Paint

Walking in you will see between 1 - 4 vibrantly dressed artists ready to take on the crowd. Our setup fits a 10x10 space with a black tablecloth over our table and all of our supplies are neatly organized and ready to be put to work. We have hand sanitizer and wipes readily available for even the messiest situations. For the face painter, you will see her suitcase that turns into a stand and has all her face painting materials compacted together neatly in her space. She can even play music from her Bluetooth makeup case. There is an A-frame with 4x6 pictures neatly organized for the crowd to choose from, and the person getting painted has a spot just for them and a chair she provides. Our crowd-pleasing balloon artists are more mobile than the rest of the crew. Because of this, they are the ones to really draw in a crowd.
The squeaks and pops of the balloons bring in laughter and the ooo’s and aahs. Our glitter tattoo artist is the sparkliest of them all, she has hundreds of tattoos to choose from, neatly organized into binders and folders for the crowd to choose from. We bring our 10x20 canopy for the outside events that comfortably fit our crew. the canopy is ready for even the windiest days, as we bring our weights with us. To shelter us from the sun, we also have yellow side walls for the canopy. You will see it brightly decorated with flowing colorful curtains, our banner with our logo, and our instructions for our lineup. More than anything you will see an experience to be (link hidden)sic in the background, happy faces from the mirror moment, anticipation from the next one in line, and glee from their designs. You get to see happiness at its finest.

Hi there! My name is Vanessa Casarez and I love to entertain! Although my background starts in theatrics, it doesn't end there. I'm a homesteading, homeschooling mama with 4 children and a hubby. We are a family-run business, meaning we all contribute in one way or another. One daughter twists balloons, another does the glitter tattoos, my son is line and sales manager and my husband takes care of our little wee one.
Balloon twisting was my first opportunity with demand entertainment. I was 25 years old, living in Davis, Ca. when I first saw an ad for someone great with people and children, who had a background in theatrics, and could deal well under pressure. I checked all of those boxes off. Before I knew it, my employer handed me a box of balloons and showed me a couple of twists. Said " Now you try" and I passed with flying colors. He said, watch some YouTube videos, you have a week to learn these, and in one week I had my first booking!! I was HOOKED!! I loved every bit of it.
Not only has this skill given me the freedom to entertain and make money to support my family, but it's also given me a purpose and has evolved into a locally owned family-run business. I'm blessed that I can provide the stepping stones of running their own business, should they ever choose that path for themselves, and the gift of bringing smiles and happiness to those around them.

For the Bluetooth to connect to my phone, so that there is music, I do need an outlet no more than five feet away. An extension cord can be provided if needed. Bathrooms must be available for our crew to use. Ample lighting must also be provided as it is hard to face paint in the dark. We must have at least a 10x10 space to work comfortably. And we do ask that Guardians please be with children while in line.
