Sour Sedans

Sour Sedans' live show is highly energetic and interactive. The band plays mostly originals, but will sprinkle a few covers here and there. The band thrives on improvisation and crowd participation.

Sour Sedans is a rock, funk, and blues band composed of Lafayette, Louisiana local musicians Ryan Cazares, Flint Zerangue, Thylar Cahanin, andr Eric Bospflug.

With influences ranging from the bands of the 1970's to the present day, the foursome explores all depths of rock, from ballads to blues to alternative to anthems.

Brought together by a Craigslist posting, Sour Sedans look to help revitalize the rock scene of Lafayette.

As of 2015, Sour Sedans has played with national touring bands such as Cheap Trick, Fuel, Sevendust, Trapt, Pop-Evil, Dash Rip Rock, Taddy Porter, Digital Summer, Tracii Guns, Dax Riggs, and Candlelight Red. Sour Sedans has played shows at Festival International, Blue Moon Saloon, the District, and in many cities across Louisiana such as New Orleans, Shreveport, Monroe, Baton Rouge, and Lafayette.

A typical PA system is required. The band requires 3 vocal microphones. It is recommended to mic the 2 guitar amps and direct the bass. For the drums, the kick should at least be mic'd. Monitors for each of the 4 musicians is highly recommended.
