Sound Baths by ēchos althéa™

My group sessions weave together crystal sound therapy, guided meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, and aromatherapy. Designed to be accessible and grounding, they invite participants to slow down, reset, and experience stillness together.

My name is Jeroen and my background is in the Performing Arts. I danced professionally from a young age, studied Theater and ended up working as a dancer and vocalist for luxury cruise lines. I had many amazing opportunities in the Entertainment Industry, but also experienced much stress, anxiety and ultimately burn out.

I had always been interested in spiritual practices including Yoga and ended up getting certified in many different modalities. Recovering from burn out I found that Sound Healing was the only modality that directly relieved my nervous system and would put me in a deep state of rest and recovery within minutes.

Now, I use my experience and knowledge to help others deal better with the stresses of modern live. Hosting Sound Bath Experiences I feel in my purpose, because it combines my passion for the Arts and being of service to others.

Sound:
As long as your group is under 20 people there will be no need for amplifying sound. If you wish to host a larger group or have your session outside please let me know so I can bring the correct equipment.

Set-Up:
Please allow at least 30 minutes for setting up and breaking down.

Location:
If you would like to book your session in my studio, please note that there is an 8 person limit.

If you need any materials like yoga mats or blankets for your event, please let me know before booking.
