Overview

You found us!

Thank you for dropping in. We’re “Sound and Color”. We’re playing yoga studios, intimate gatherings, dinner crowds, pop up pop ups, art gallery’s, international festivals, home gatherings, snowball events and plan to tour the world via living rooms and hearts alike. We love sharing our music. Our shows are a way we can live and also get into the recording studio soon, yet to play live is our Diamond in the rough.

Currently on their playlist is the music of Cat Stevens, The Beatles, John Denver, James Taylor, Joni Mitchell, Angus and Julia Stone, Daft Punk, The Doobie Brothers, Gabrielle Aplin, Bear’s Den, Passenger, The Staves, Chairlift, Mgmt, Inneroceans, Pearl and Wood, Emma Louise and Kalyja Rain to name a few.

About

Sound and Color weaves multidimensional melodies that elicit healing and relaxation. Lyrics provide insight into the songwriter’s lives, but also allow the listener to balance perspectives of the Earthly dance that we all share. Living Rooms provide a perfect setting, a warm cup of coffee is a delectable drink to accompany and eyes closed open or closed are welcome. The songwriters are working on silence currently. What happens when we listen? Music found them both early and both feel restricted without a guitar at least. Then again to step away is patience and heroism is best obtained when satisfaction is realized in a moment’s grace. They know this because their music heals them. What more can be said? They’ll share art anywhere. Please make art.

Additional booking notes

We have a Pro Fx 12 mixer, 2 PA speakers, 1 monitor, 2 mic stands. We also like live looping. We have various XLR and quarter inch inputs and cables of varying length, and a power extension cord that is red and long! No it does not reach the moon, but we’re approaching that mileage with our tour vehicle 222!
