Soul Society Band

The Soul Society band is North Carolina's premier variety group for weddings and other private celebrations. Founded and led by keyboardist and vocalist Michael Pelz-Sherman, PhD, the group contains long time veterans of the Triangle music scene along with some fresh young talent. Our vocalist, Micaela Bundy, is opera-trained with an active music theater career. This group can play anything, but our favorites are soul, R&B, and country rock. We are a full service group and can provide music for cocktail hour, dinner jazz, and whatever your event requires.
