March 6, 2014The wedding favors were not done, the decorations for the ceremony was not done as described to me. Several of the guest had to finish with the decorations. The wedding started late because the wedding planner was not ready.
Received back the wedding favors still wrapped as it was shipped to me.

Our experienced event planners will not only be at your event at least 2 hours early to ensure that everything is set-up for your event to your standards, but our event planners will also stay throughout your entire event, including the clean up, to make sure that not only your guests, but also that you are able to have a wonderful time at your event.
Full-Service Event Planning – With this service Sophisticated Soiree and Planning Pearls will handle ALL aspects of your event. We will not only help you plan your entire event from start to finish, we will find the right vendors for your event, handle the vendors (negotiations, contracts, day of the event-set up or oversight, etc), and we will also ensure that we are there for the day of the event, so that way you will have nothing to worry about.
RFP Creation - Sophisticated Soiree is your one stop shop for RFP creation, and follow through. Not only will we write your RFP for you, but we will also go with you and/or do the site visits our self.
Serving Staff – We have our own waitress/waiter staff and they are available to ensure that your attendees have a great time at your event.
Stationary Design – We will design all materials pertaining to your event, including but not limited to, invitations, menus, agendas, flyers, etc.
