August 8, 2024My husband and I had been having a tough week and decided to go out to see some open Mic performers hoping to just relax and enjoy some quality music. We could not have picked a better night to do this.
Sophie blessed our eardrums with a sound so smooth and sweet, I swear I could almost taste golden honey dripping on my tongue. The golden notes slowly poured down through the rest of my body as all the stress and pain from the past week slowly dissolved into nothingness. All that was left was a feeling of bliss and euphoria I didn’t think possible.
Needless to say, I will be seeing Sophie preform again as soon as possible.

Sophie London is an emerging artist bridging indie folk and pop rock. A native of the Boston suburb of Needham, Sophie was drawn to music as a child. Picking up the guitar at the age of 11, she soon began to write her own songs. Today she resides in San Diego, where she continues to craft music that captures the human experience – connection in all its various forms, with the hope to find the moments that resonate deeply with her audience. Her debut album, Mindreader, was released on June 17. The record has quickly gained local acclaim, earning a nomination for Best Pop Album at the San Diego Music Awards.
