When you book SOOZI for your event, my aim is not only to provide live entertainment but also to make the entire process straightforward, organised, and easy for you from the moment your booking is confirmed until the final guest receives their caricature.

Every event runs differently, and preparation is an important part of delivering a smooth experience. Before your event, we can discuss guest numbers, venue arrangements, timings, drawing location preferences, and the style of service that will work best for your event.

Some clients prefer a dedicated drawing station where guests visit throughout the event.

Others prefer a mix and mingle approach where I move around the venue creating drawings within the flow of the event itself.

Some events combine both.

Together we can determine the best option for your venue layout, event timing, and guest experience.

As a general guide, SOOZI will draw approximately 12 people per hour.

This allows a balance between maintaining quality artwork and ensuring good guest participation throughout your booking period.

Most caricatures are created as head and shoulders illustrations, allowing drawings to be completed efficiently while still capturing personality, expression, and individuality.

Where event timing allows, or where requested, body illustrations may also be included.

The exact number completed during your booking may vary slightly depending on guest interaction, movement around the venue, drawing style requirements, and event flow, however approximately twelve guests per hour provides a realistic expectation for planning purposes.

If you are organising a larger event and guest participation numbers are important, this can be discussed in advance so that expectations remain clear and realistic.

My objective is always to maximise guest enjoyment while maintaining quality and consistency throughout the booking.
