For smaller, more intimate occasions, we also perform as a duo, offering an acoustic style perfect for restaurants, gatherings, and special celebrations.

My name is Haley Copello, and I’m a vocalist based in Orange County, California. I front Sonic Gold Band, a versatile group that performs across Southern California at venues ranging from the Orange County Fair and Temecula wineries to lively events like Booze Cruise and beyond. For more intimate settings, I also perform as the Haley Copello Duo, offering a smaller but equally dynamic experience.
Music has been my passion for as long as I can remember. I began recording in studios from 2012 to 2019, gaining invaluable experience before stepping fully into the world of live performance. Since 2019, I’ve been a full-time performer, dedicated to writing, sharing, and connecting through music wherever I go.
We love bringing energy and great music to all kinds of spaces, and we hope to be a part of your parties, celebrations, and special events.
The only requirement I have is access to a power outlet. We bring all of our own sound equipment needed for the performance, so there’s no need to provide additional gear. For the full band, this includes a setup with a maximum of two speakers and subwoofers, while the duo uses a smaller setup tailored to the space. Please note that we only provide sound for the band, not for any other part of the event. Some clients do choose to provide their own sound technician and equipment, which is also an option. If you decide to book us, we can review all the available setups and choose the one that works best for your event.

Our group is driven by the idea of bringing live music that can replace a DJ, delivering danceable, high-energy performances that get everyone on their feet. We’re inspired by a wide range of music—from ’80s and ’90s classics to contemporary hits—and we love putting our own spin on songs that people don’t often hear live, like Paula Abdul, Ace of Base, and many hidden gems. Our goal is to create a setlist that’s fun, nostalgic, and full of surprises, giving every audience a unique, memorable experience that keeps the party going.
