I’m a passionate BBQ chef and food truck owner based in Colorado, specializing in Texas-style brisket and smoked meats. With over 5 years of experience in catering and event vending, I bring authentic flavors and high-quality service to every event. Whether it’s a small gathering or a major festival, I make sure every guest enjoys a memorable meal.
Additional booking notes
Minimum 20 ft x 10 ft flat surface required for food trailer setup and customer service area. Preferably on concrete, asphalt, or other stable ground.
Power:
We can operate independently with our onboard generator, but a standard 50-amp or dual 110V power connection is preferred when available.
Water & Waste:
We carry our own clean and grey water tanks. Access to a potable water source and waste disposal area at the venue is appreciated but not mandatory.
Permits & Compliance:
Our trailer is fully licensed, insured, and compliant with Colorado and county health department regulations. We can provide all documentation upon request.
Load-in / Load-out:
Setup requires 45–60 minutes before the event and 30–45 minutes for cleanup and departure. Access for a vehicle towing the trailer (approx. 25 ft total length) is necessary for setup.
Additional Info:
We bring all necessary equipment, including cooking appliances, serving tables, signage, and lighting. No additional sound or stage setup is required — only space and access per the above details.
