SOMOS Art and Craft

A fully managed, stress-free creative experience that completely captivates the kids. From an event planner's perspective, hiring us means you don't have to worry about entertainment, crowd control, or clean-up. We bring everything needed to turn your event space into a vibrant, organized, and high-energy creative hub.
Here is exactly what you get and what the audience will see:
• An Organized, Vibrant Setup: We arrive early to transform our designated area with colorful, inviting tablecloths, structured material bins, and displayed design menus. Everything is neat, professional, and visually appealing before guests even arrive.
• Expert Event Management & Flow: With 8 years of experience working with kids, we know how to handle party pacing. We keep the crowd moving smoothly—whether pacing a line for face painting or keeping a table full of crafters focused, excited, and engaged.
• Top-Tier Professional Artistry: This is not standard backyard finger-painting. Guests get beautiful, skilled face-painting transformations and high-quality craft pieces they are actually proud to display or wear home.
• Complete Safety & Premium Supplies: Event planners love our commitment to safety. We use strictly FDA-compliant, hypoallergenic paints that are exceptionally gentle on sensitive skin, and all our craft materials are hand-selected to be age-appropriate and mess-conscious.
• The " educator-led" Touch: Instead of just handing out supplies, we bring a warm, encouraging approach that builds kids' confidence. We guide them patiently through each step, ensuring every child feels successful.
• Zero Stress Clean-Up: When the party is over, we pack it all down. We leave your space just as clean as we found it, taking the mess with us so you can relax.

Hi, I’m a local visual artist based right here in Austin, and for the past 8 years, I’ve had the absolute joy of teaching and working with kids. My background is deeply rooted in collaborative community arts, which really taught me how powerful color and creativity can be when it brings people together. I love bringing that exact same energy, patience, and professional eye to every backyard birthday party, school carnival, and neighborhood festival. For me, it's about more than just setting up an activity—it's about creating a safe, highly interactive space where kids of all ages can let their imaginations run wild, get a little messy, and make unforgettable memories.
