I work primarily as a special event pianist and accompanist. I play for weddings, singing competitions, church, choirs, birthday parties, retirement dinners, and many other special events. I learn and perform client requests, but also work meticulously to arrange music that will enhance each special event I am given the opportunity to be part of. For over 2 decades I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of people make their event unique by adding my special musical flare and I hope you'll consider allowing me to help make your event even more special!

May 18, 2017Joelle made this part of the wedding planning SO simple for me-- we communicated through text just a few times and she responds pretty quickly. For the prelude I told her to play any classical selections + 3 uncommon songs I requested, and without question Joelale researched and learned them on her own (one of the songs I requested a week before the wedding and she played it perfectly!).
On top of being so professional, Joelle was so sweet and understanding working with an unorganized bride like me. I wasn't very thorough with instructions (where at the venue to meet, set up, what to bring, etc.)-- she even brought her keyboard & AMP to the rehearsal and we didn't even have her play, but she always had a smile on her face. I am so thankful I booked Joelle for my event-- you will too!

I've done music for over two decades. I started playing piano for church and teaching a few kids piano in high school. I continued to study music at university and got the opportunity to perform with a variety of groups, accompany for soloists and musicals, provide music for weddings and other special events. I continue to teach both piano and voice privately while gigging weekends. Thank you for considering me for your event!
The requirements for me to do a gig are simply to have the ability to connect to some sort of electrical power and a flat surface area for the piano and equipment.
