January 6, 2026Soleti recently came to our campus and performed a New Year Eve show for our Assisted Living and Independent Living Residents. From the start they were courteous, professional, and very friendly. Prior to the show Soleti reached out to me and had clear communications as they outlined their show and got my input as to what songs and artists our residents would like. They were open to adding some things into the program such as a New Year count down and toast with their singing of Auld Lang Syne. When Soleti arrived on the day of the event they reconfirmed the format of the show as well. They arrived early, set up and were ready to go with time to spare. Then they started to perform and just Wow!! Our residents were enthralled with the show right away. The lead singer's voice is powerful, soulful, and beautiful. The guitarist is a wizard with the guitar and played some solos that had our residents giving a standing ovation. After the show the performers took time to mingle with our residents and answer questions they had about them. Right after the show ended many of our residents asked for them to come back. Days later our residents are still talking about how great their performance was and asking for their return. Do not hesitate to book this group!!! I would 100 percent recommend this group for any type of performance and event you may have in the future.

Soléti is a musical duo consisting of award-winning, Billboard chart-topping, musicians: Leticia Hernandez (singer) and Jay Soto (guitarist). They complete this mesmerizing musical act with their renditions of hits in multiple styles, including classy R&B, Smooth Jazz and Yacht Rock. Soléti is now booking for shows and events nationwide.
Jay Soto is an award-winning guitarist and recording artist. He's performed and recorded with some of the biggest names in the Smooth Jazz industry, including Jeff Lorber, Paul Brown, Jeffrey Osbourne, Gregg Karukas, Everette Harp to name a few. In 2008, he landed a #2 national radio hit on the coveted US Billboard charts. He’s also a composer, songwriter, producer, pianist, vocalist and music instructor. His music is heard on Smooth Jazz radio stations across the country, was featured on the HBO mega-hit TV show, "Sex and the City” and has been a favorite on the Weather Channel. He was also a grand finalist in Guitar Center’s national “Guitarmageddon” guitar competition in 2004, ending up as one of the top 6 guitarists out of thousands of players.
From an early age, Leticia discovered her passion for singing in her hometown of Phoenix, AZ. With a versatile style that spans Jazz, Soul, Funk, Mariachi, Tejano, Tropical, and Top 40, she gained significant experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, performing with a 22-piece orchestra and numerous bands. Leticia has collaborated with renowned musicians, including Bill Tillman and Joseph Vincelli. Her studio work includes producing an 18-track album of original music with Grammy-winning producers: Madukwu Chinwah (Erykah Badu), Chris Godbey (Kirk Franklin), Jerome Harmon aka JROC the Ghost (Timbaland). Leticia returned to Phoenix, where she teamed up with Jay Soto to create Soléti, a culmination of her diverse musical journey.
