He helped us pick the right sized screen for our space, graciously navigated a number of last-minute scheduling challenges and the threat of weather, and ran the entire AV setup for our wedding welcome party in addition to screening a movie by the pool. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

February 22, 2021The tech person did call me and let me know he was going to be late for the event. He was stressed at the event and had a few technical issues. So, we ran late. The tech person was very nice and he did get the movie going. My guests were fine with the delay. For the price, he should have been there on time with everything working.

I'm terribly sorry about our tardiness, no excuses and we have to do better, thank you for that reminder. However all technical issues were related to the corrupted thumb drive you asked us to play last minute. No prior mention or notification that you wanted to play a thumb drive before your movie. You totally surprised us with your thumb drive request.
We will gladly give you a 50% discount to on your next event to give us a chance to show you we're capable of being better and on time.
When we couldn't get your corrupt thumb drive to work. We used our laptop to fix your thumb drive file system in order to play your happy birthday song and intermission videos. This took time to fix.
Respectfully when you talk about technical issue coupled with your ending sentence "For the price..... "everything working" is not an accurate statement and out of context. It leads a reader to think we brought poor equipment to your event that didn't work.
Normally when someone wants to add media before or after the movie they let us know at booking. To enable us to get a copy a head of time. This allows us verify media and bring right equipment. To ensure a smooth, seamless transition between added content and movie.
I can assure you that this would have worked better if you had asked us to do this at booking. I am terribly sorry we're late at setup but please dont leave readers with the impression we bring anything less then state-of-the-art equipment to our events.

October 18, 2020Very professional, COVID-safe, and courtesy set up and take down. High quality movie picture with great surround sound set-up. The remotes were explained and everything went perfectly. Highly recommended for backyard party!! Would love to do it again! Camera pic doesn’t do it justice but you can see the set-up.
