What to expect
Our Smokin Food Truck 51 has a complete kitchen with a Ole Hickory CTO smoker, a gas range with a 4 burner stove top, griddle and two ovens under plus other necessary equipment. We are Board of Health approved in more than 17 towns in Central Massachusetts. We can obtain any necessary Board of Health permits for your community with sufficient notice. Our creative kitchen staff has extensive experience in food service including as Executive Chef in a well known and popular city restaurant. Our menu is varied and we can provide most menu choices you may request.
