Slightly Tooned

Slightly Tooned are a professional, down-to-earth, and amazingly fun band. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Slightly Tooned/Nick. From the planning process to the day of, Nick and the band were great communicators, well-prepared, and were flexible with our requests (including accompanying us as we sang our "First Song"), and played a banger set! Everyone was on the dance floor the whole night (including us), which was our goal. Having a fun, live band for our wedding was the one thing I (the groom) wanted to have, and Slightly Tooned absolutely made this dream come true. As both myself and the bride are musicians, we were looking for a group that had solid and tasteful vocals, great instrumentalists, at least a horn/sax, and were able to play funky/soul vibes---Slightly Tooned was the perfect fit for us. Moreover, it was a joy to give this younger band an opportunity to show their professionalism and talent, and they did not disappoint. I would definitely recommend them for any weddings/special events!

Nick was absolutely incredible through this whole experience. From booking to performing, he completely exceeded our expectations. The whole Slightly Tooned band was amazing, and so many people said the sax playing during our reception was their favorite part of our wedding. 10/10 recommend!!

Nick was an absolute joy to work with! He was always quick to respond and really understood our vision. He helped us to pull off a big surprise to all of our wedding guests - I had sent him a Tik Tok video that I was looking to recreate and he made sure it happened! He worked seamlessly with our DJ who he had never met previously and together they gave us the most fun wedding reception we could have ever imagined! Our guests had a blast with Nick on the dance floor, he does an incredible job of reading the room and knowing when to jump in!

This group is talented and punctual. Everyone immensely enjoyed the music and the tone set by the music. They did a great job!!! They were hired for a Christmas party.

Slightly Tooned provided amazing music for our wedding this past weekend! We cannot say enough great things about working with them. The talented keyboardist created such an elegant vibe for our wedding ceremony, playing the keys while guests sat and during the processional and recessional. It made the ceremony feel romantic and sentimental. The jazz trio provided fantastic jazz music while guests were eating dinner and filled the room with beautiful instrumentals. The trio was beyond talented and we had full trust in their abilities. To top it all off, Nick played a fantastic saxophone solo show alongside the DJ to welcome guests onto the dancefloor and it was epic! It was such a fun way to begin the dancing portion of the evening. Besides their musical talent, Nick and his team were such a pleasure to work with. They were responsive, friendly, and flexible in their approach to our big day. They not only met our expectations for the day but they went above and beyond! I'd recommend Slightly Tooned to anyone who wants a wedding with impressive live instrumentals.
