Sleeping Fit

We are an extremely energetic rock band. We involve the audience, we jump around a lot. Everything is electric and loud but the songs are well written. We perform mostly originals with a handful of covers that suit our sound. Our genre is ambiguous, but spans the gaps between 80’s synth pop, 90’s alternative and punk rock, all through a lease of high concept and progressive rock elements. We’ve been described as “boisterous, attention grabbing and sonically versatile”.

We formed up after one of our members performed at a local fair and needed musicians to back him up. It went so well and the chemistry was so strong that we decided the next morning to pick out a name and begin writing songs for the band. Two months later, in December of 2017, we released our demo EP “Heartbreak” (which you can still find on Spotify and Apple Music. We are currently finishing our first full length album, due for release in June.

PA system is required as well as a sound engineer. If there is no sound guy or gal, we will not play. We don’t have time to run back and forth and sound check ourselves so that our show is mixed properly.
At least 2 speakers are needed as well as a sub. Stage monitors for various positions on stage are VERY appreciated.
