Hello my name is Rachel and i am a freelance Makeup Artist. I am available for any event or special occasion. (Proms, Graduation, Weddings, photoshoots, etc) . I live in Perris and you must be able to travel to me & provide Your Own Foundation. I only travel when it’s for a group of 3 or more.
