Sky Hatcher & the Organ Trio Deluxe

The Organ Trio Deluxe is a collective of jazz students dedicated to bringing the soulful sound of the 1960s organ trio tradition to today's audiences. Drawing inspiration from legends such as Kenny Burrell, Pat Martino, Wes Montgomery, and Grant Green, the group blends hard-swinging grooves, blues-infused melodies, and dynamic improvisation into an engaging live experience.

Led by guitarist Sky Hatcher, the ensemble features Summit Hetman on organ, whose playing is steeped in funk and soul traditions; Asia Thaller on drums, providing a driving swing feel and strong quarter note; and David Feldhaus on alto saxophone, whose expressive playing reflects both a deep respect for jazz tradition and a contemporary musical voice.

Whether performing classic soul jazz repertoire or fresh interpretations of jazz standards, The Organ Trio Deluxe delivers an energetic and authentic tribute to one of jazz's most enduring sounds.
