March 19, 2022We would recommend Penny 150%! The kiddos were thrilled with their painted faces, and Penny was really great with all of them. She painted everything on by hand, no spray-on or stencils, which meant that it was super easy to wash off at the end of the day. Really really great.

December 30, 2021Thanks Penny for a wonderful experience at my daughters 5th birthday party. All the kids were delighted by their colorful face paintings and glitter tattoos.
