Sketch and Stretch

Sketch-n-Stretch is a unique traveling service that ​​integrates creativity and yoga & mindfulness for children of all ages.
Our gatherings teach children how to utilize their natural artistic talents & promote healthy movement, all while having fun!
The program will begin with the yoga lesson to relax and focus the children followed by a creative craft or canvas painting.
The yoga lesson will include postures that mimic common animals, breathing exercises, partner poses and yoga activities and games.
The creative project may include canvas painting, jewelry making or other crafts, depending on the client's preference.
