My wife and I booked him for our wedding night and are extremely pleased and beyond happy with the outcome. He was very professional in his conduct and demeanor leading up to as well as after the event.

He played sittar for us for several hours and also had a person next to him playing tabla. They played custom music that was perfectly suited for the event. Somehow, his melodies turned out to be exactly - or even better than - what we wanted and imagined, and he was able to deliver this with minimal guidance and short notice.

His entire performance added an air of elegance to the ambiance and our guests thoroughly enjoyed the event as a direct result of his efforts. In fact, several of them asked for his information so that they could book him for their upcoming weddings as well!

The response from the audience is a clear indication of the passion with which he performs his craft and this is one reason among many why we will continue to book him for future events. We look forward to utilizing his services again soon!

I hired Sambarta for my backyard wedding reception in September 2020. Sambarta was an immaculate professional, communicated well and worked with us every step of the way to contribute to the idyllic and dreamy reception we envisioned. Under the circumstances of the Covid-19 pandemic having Sambarta as one of our vendors was definitely a highlight of the entire night. Sambarta went above and beyond and coordinated an accompanying tabla player to further add to the aesthetic we set out for our special night. He incorporated our song tastes as well into his set list and even let my siblings use his microphone as they MC’ed the event. I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Sambarta. If I or my friends had any other events I would not hesitate to recommend Sambarta. Thank you again sambarta for contributing to what is now one of my most cherished memories. :)

Sambarta and Haroom, the table player provided beautiful renditions of our favorite bridal and groom songs upon our entrance to our ceremony along the melodious classical Hindu music. Everyone remembers them fondly and we were lucky to have them on our special day.

We had Sambarta play his beautiful music at an intimate event. He was on time, courteous, and accommodated requests. Our guests, especially the guest of honour, were delighted. I look forward to the opportunity to have him play at a future event soon.
