What to expect
NOTE- Buyer (TBD) shall pay a non-refundable deposit to Seller in the amount of 50% of the total at the time of reservation confirmation. Once the invoice has been approved, and the deposit has been made. The buyer understands that the deposit is non-refundable. At this time it is deemed mutual acceptance of this Agreement. If this transaction fails to close for any reason other than default by Seller, the nonrefundable deposit shall remain the property of the Seller (Sistaz Of Soulfood).
WHY WE REQUIRE A 50% NON_REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT:
Non-refundable deposits are intended to protect a business in circumstances of sudden cancellation and to compensate the business for the time, effort and money expended up to that point. Also when we reserve your space and time, that means we can not book another client/event for your time frame. That will cost us a loss of revenue that we have to somehow try to make up.
