Arthur & Seimone with Sip Social Southbay are amazing! Communication was outstanding, they are wonderful and so very helpful, easy to work with, and just lovely bartenders for the guests. The piaggio ape is just the cutest idea and was the hit of the party! I highly recommend Arthur & Seimone and their bar cart for that unexpected, extra special something for your next event! We will be using them in the future, of course!

Hosting an event has never been more fun—or stress-free! With our one-of-a-kind mobile bar, we bring a unique and stylish touch to any gathering, serving up custom-curated drinks that keep the celebration going.
To ensure everything runs smoothly, our team arrives three hours prior for setup, making sure every detail is perfect before the first pour. If your event is indoors, we’ll need a 65 inch entrance clearance for our Piaggio Ape-style truck. Access to power is also required to keep the drinks flowing effortlessly.
Depending on the size of your event, we provide two professional bartenders to deliver top-notch service, so you can relax and enjoy the party. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, or private celebration, our mobile bar is the perfect way to elevate the experience—stress-free, fun, and completely unforgettable!

With our one-of-a-kind Piaggio Ape-style truck, we bring the party wherever you are—serving up custom-curated drinks that perfectly match your event’s vibe. Our 7-tap system is fully adaptable to kegs, allowing us to pour everything from craft beer and wine to cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages. Additional booking notes
At Sip Social, we provide a dry mobile bar experience, meaning clients must supply their own beverages. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable event, please review our technical requirements below:
Beverage & Keg Requirements
Clients must provide beverages in D-Coupler style kegs for proper connection to our tap system.
5-gallon kegs are recommended for easier handling and optimal service.
If needed, Sip Social offers keg rentals (up to four 5-gallon kegs max).
If the client is unable to obtain kegs, please contact us in advance to discuss alternative beverage options.
Equipment & Service Details
Our mobile bar is fully refrigerated, so additional ice is not required to chill beverages.
However, if ice is requested for serving, Sip Social will provide it upon request.
We provide all necessary cups and garnishes:
16 oz cups for beer
9 oz cups for wine
6 oz cups for champagne/prosecco
Setup & Venue Requirements
Setup time: Our team arrives 3 hours prior to event start time for proper setup and preparation at no additional cost.
Indoor Events: A 65inch wide and 71 inches height entrance clearance is required for our mobile bar truck to enter the venue.
Power Access: A standard power source is required to support our equipment.
Bartending Service
Two professional bartenders are included with each event (depending on event size).
