To ensure smooth operation and the best experince at your event, here are the technical requirements for our mobile bar setup:
1. Power Supply
Preferred: Access to a standard 120V outlet within 50 feet of our set up
Alternative: If an outlet isn't available, we can provide our own generator upon request.
2. Space Requirements
A level area of approximately 10 x 10 to accommodate our Piaggio Ape and ensure safe service.
3. Access & Parking
Easy access to the event location for our vehicle and a designated parking area nearby for unloading and setup.
4. Permits & Approvals
Please confirm you have obtained and special permits required for alcohol service or mobile bar setups at your venue.
5. Timing
We typically require 1-2 hours for setup and breakdown, depending on the complexity of the event.
