We offer a dynamic group who clearly love to sing! On stage we present songs either for the whole chorus or for a quartet, all sung a cappella in 4-part harmony.
About
The Singing Capital Chorus is the Washington, DC Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society, and was founded in 1945. We regularly perform in DC and surrounding areas, including a yearly performance of the National Anthem at a Washington Nationals game. Our singers are a dedicated group of amateurs and we are directed by John David Maybury, who teaches Choral Music in Montgomery County, MD.
