I've been an entertainer my whole life.
I started modeling at age 17 & began doing TV commercials shortly thereafter.
I was singing professionally throughout the 90s, and when I became a Santa in '02, I decided my niche would be "SINGIN' SANTA".
In 2005, a wealthy client asked if I would sing a "special song" for his daughter before her family & friends, as his Christmas gift that year. I said I'd do better than that: I'd perform a NEW song, just for her!
That parody, "Rudolph The Red's Niece, RADAR", was my first-ever attempt at songwriting!
The next year, I had another "Singin' Santa Special" ready to go: "Santa's Route" is a parody about the night I forgot some of my stops, and Mrs. Claus made me recite my route from memory before I could get my Christmas Cookies that year... nearly 20 years later, it is still my most demanded song!!
Most years I write, produce & perform an all-new Christmas song-- of course, not all of them turn out to be "Hall of Fame" material... But if it impresses my clients, I will perform it live for the Fraternal Order of Real Bearded Santas (FORBS) sometime during our annual Santa Reunion Weekend-- and only if my fellow Clauses love it, does it get recorded & distributed online... FOR FREE!
