For the past three years Julie has transformed my dining and living room into a classic and elegant setting for my annual Christmas party. She listened to my thoughts and suggestions and went way and above my expectations! She worked with some items I had on hand, added to it and made my entrance, dining table and living room a beautiful setting for the party with my friends. The guests commented all evening how beautiful it was and it was all because of Julie!

Julie was a godsend! My daughter was trying to plan her wedding long distance requiring me to do the legwork in town. I was not able to visualize what my daughter wanted and Julie was able to take our abstract ideas and implement them perfectly. Julie took all of the stress out of planning an elegant and memorable one of a kind event! There were so many details that she paid attention to which allowed us to enjoy the time we had celebrating and welcoming a new member into our family. Julie had great suggestions and thought of the smallest details to keep the event flowing and everyone happy. This was our first child to get married and we would definitely use Simply Shindigs again for another child's wedding. She had great advice and even arranged all of the flowers for our event. Julie took every effort yet made it seem effortless. She has a remarkable talent for balancing giving suggestions while really listening to what YOU want. She is so easy to work with and will work tirelessly for you. So rare to find in the world of wedding and events... she takes the time to know you as a couple so she can really cater to your interests and needs. I felt our wedding was perfectly suited to the two of us and our guests. Our wedding is still talked about and not any one detail either... the beautiful mexican buffet, the DJ choice, down to the tiny details like name cards. I could not have imagined someone being able to anticipate my needs any more so than she did. Also, I adore that the wedding was classy and elegant but she was able to add personal touches so that it did not feel like anyone's but our own and cannot be replicated. She went above and beyond any and all of my expectations (and trust me they were VERY HIGH!). I couldn't recommend her highly enough!
