Born and raised in the beautiful sea-side city of Recife, Brazil,
Simone is a Bossa Nova singer now living in Dallas, Texas. Originally planning a career in the field of travel and leisure, she completed her schooling with a degree in Tourism Management. However, she could not help but be moved by the influence of her surroundings. Music was everywhere!

Simone’s Mother, who loved to sing and play the piano, filled her childhood with the lush sounds of the music of Brazil. From Antonio Carlos Jobim to Vinicius de Moraes – from Ivan Lins to Joao Bosco, this music was a vital part of her formative years and deeply touched her soul. From an early age she was passionate about Bossa Nova – and she was always singing - performing with choirs, jazz ensembles and in numerous other venues. This experience allowed her to fully develop her gift of song. She now shares this gift with you in her own warm and unique way. Her style is seductive and expressive!

Living here only a relatively short time, the exquisite melodies and hypnotic rhythms of Brazilian song are still vivid in her heart and mind. She radiates this beautiful music and will lovingly interpret it for you in her own charming and irresistible style.
