Our lead vocalist, Barry Hill, transitioned from a successful radio personality career to the stage, bringing his three-octave vocal range to the band. Originally from Bellevue, Washington, Barry resides with his family pets in Patterson, NY. His ability to sing Tenor Baritone, and Bass parts adds depth and richness to our music. Supported by his wife of 32 years and their three children, Barry’s journey into music is passionate and dedicated.

Jackie Muniz is a lead and backup singer with a rich history in jazz and blues. Having performed at iconic venues like the Copacabana, Jackie’s voice adds a soulful touch to our band’s sound. She continues to inspire with her performances while balancing her life in NYC with her three daughters and husband, Jose.

Nick Attila, a graduate of the Manhattan School of Music, is a master of both guitar and violin. His collaborations with renowned artists like Yo-Yo Ma and Natalie Cole highlight his extraordinary talent. Nick’s impressive pedalboard and musical versatility make him a significant force in Side Hustle. His personal life, filled with humor and a love for Trinidad Fundidore cigars, adds to his unique character.

Dan Chiplock, our saxophonist, brings versatile and vibrant energy to Side Hustle. His performances have been heard in world-famous concert halls and, more recently, in his bedroom during the pandemic. Dan’s dedication to his craft and his role managing the band’s legal affairs ensure that we navigate business side of music smoothly.

Gary Trosclair, our trumpet player, brings a touch of New Orleans to our performances with a doctorate in music and a career as a psychotherapist and Jungian analyst, Gary’s diverse interests enrich his musical expression. When he’s not writing for his blog or maintaining hiking trails, Gary brings his analytical mind and musical expertise to Side Hustle.
