Shells Bells Contortion

Solo and duo contortion acts are typically 3-6 minutes of the performer(s) doing extreme flexibility movements. It is always set to music, although there isn't normally dancing. I have several acts that do incorporate dancing and can modify an act as the client wished. Typically this is on a stage or elevated platform.
Ambient contortion is usually anywhere from 2-4 sets, each averaging 10-15 minutes with breaks in between. The performer does slow graceful flexible movements and positions. The sets are not normally the most extreme skills a contortionist can do, as the longer performance time is very taxing. It is much more personal for the audience as ambient tends to be more in the crowd, on a table placed in the crowd or something similar.
Character walk around is interactive. Costume and character are tailored to what the client's theme of the evening is. Depending on the event, character can be simple interaction based off the characters personality or more interactive (tarot card or palm reading, bubble wands, face painting, flower crown making).

I work as a character performer, contortionist, and actor. I've been performing since around 2016, first in circus and a few years later in immersive theater. Some of the shows I've worked at include Red Hots Burlesque, Mischief at the Skylark, Hubba Hubba Revue, Tourettes Without Regrets, and Haus Serpens, to name just a few. I've done ambient and character stroll around at many corporate and private events in the SF Bay Area including the 100 year anniversary of SF City Hall, Google events, Holiday parties, weddings, and conference after-parties.
I am available for solo contortion acts, duo contortion acts, ambient contortion, and walk around character. I can also book performers (circus and theatrical) for events as well as plan full immersive events for parties. Some events I've written, organized, and booked include a comedy murder mystery, on-line immersive show with escape room elements, and a Midsummer Night's Dream inspired rave event. Flashing lights directed at the stage during a contortion performance can be distracting and is in general not ideal. Performance of both acts and ambient is typically elevated from the general crowd. This can be a stage or a large table (provided it is sturdy enough to hold weight and doesn't wobble). If elevation isn't available, a large covering for the floor would be needed (a large living room rug or something similar). A private space to warm up before performance is also needed.
Advance notice (at least a few days, a week or two preferred) is needed for costume requirements, especially if a new costume needs to be obtained.
