May 25, 2023Shejay was 2 hours late, which resulted in her setting up during my cocktail hour while guests were mingling and we were trying to do photos. She was also dressed inappropriately, she had a bathing suit on which I felt was unprofessional for a wedding. She seemed like a nice person though and my husband got along well with her but overall I was disappointed because I paid quite a lot so my expectations were that she would be on time. Especially given that my coordinator sent her the schedule and communicated everything to her well ahead of time. Shejay did do a good job of accommodating our last minute music changes.

In communication with your coordinator up until my time of arrival. I couldn’t locate the venue from the street. I called your coordinator 4 times and sent text messages for assistance. I had to get help from workers on the property which didn’t speak English. That made it more difficult locating the venue. Once I arrived at the new appointed time from your coordinator the venue wouldn’t allow me to set up. They had me wait 20 mins before I could. I apologize if you felt my top was inappropriate. But it was the only sage green top I had. It was made with lace and not bathing suit material. I dressed my lace top with white pants. I do not feel as though I looked like I was going to the beach. You request a house genre party, but that was the last thing that was wanted at the reception. I did the best I could with the surrounding circumstances. I have never had a bad review before, nor has communication never been as difficult with a gig. Congratulations on your marriage. And thank for your review.
