Shawnee Crudup

Songwriter, Psalmist, Vocalist, Worship Leader, Actress, Motivational Speaker, Playwright, Director and Producer are just some of the labels to describe Shawnee Crudup. Representing the new breed of women artists taking ownership and authority in the body of Christ. Shawnee Crudup is determined to re-define the playing field as a multi-talented creator. Her mission is to edify the body of Christ with the many natural abilities and spiritual gifts God has given her.
She received the Lord as her personal savior at the age of 16. From those years she brings with her 18 years of ministry through anointed singing, creative workshops, gospel plays, evangelism, healing and deliverance. She began working in the music ministry at Calvary Hill Church of God in Christ age 13. By age 18 she was the Music ministry director and led the Praise and Worship Team, Youth and Adult Choir, Drama and Dance Ministries and performing on the road with several theater productions. She now works in the media, drama, and music ministries and travels around giving worship/drama ministry, women’s empowerment workshops and singing when she is called to minister. After almost 18 years of blood sweat and tears, with God’s help and direction, she will be releasing her first EP and having a live Recording Concert spring 2018 as an independent gospel artist.

She has a love for kingdom connections and ministry, which has been expressed through her assisting with the establishment and foundation work of her outreach and training program in her non-profit agency; Her Elevation and ministry podcast, Sis Lets Heal. In addition, she also has her own online show entitled “SeeHerMove” which showcases hidden entrepreneurial figures in our communities.
