I've been performing Magic, Comedy & Mystery entertainment at events & parties for decades. Notable So Cal Venues include the world famous Magic Castle in Hollywood, Shrine Auditorium, Queen Mary, just to name a few. My smash hit shows are very interactive. I blend magic & mystery with lots of comedy. My strolling magic is perfect for mingling receptions, cocktail parties & whenever you need a fantastic party-starter/live-wire to kick your event into high gear. My astounding parlor Magic & Mentalist act is carefully designed & honed to keep the audience in stitches & on the edge of their seats. Sharpo was the best ever! We had so so much fun having him as our entertainer. He did a show for the whole party and then did more close up magic with anyone who wanted to watch. Everybody loved it, I had a ton of people come up after and say that it was the best part of the party. He was funny, professional and talented! Would book again 100%!!

Mr. Sharpo was amazing at our family party yesterday. About 40 family and friends gathered. He arrived per schedule and gave us a fantastic show. He was engaging and interactive with everyone—little kids, adults, the elders. He was thoroughly professional, fun, and captivating. Everyone loved the whole performance. About
Eric Howell Sharp also known as Sharpo!® is a performing magician member of the Academy of Magical Arts at the world famous Magic Castle in Hollywood, CA. Eric is a professional full time entertainer since 1992 and has performed thousands of live interactive events for audiences large and small.
Eric has also appeared as an actor in movie and television. He stars in the award winning independent feature film, Canvas the Night. Co-starring appearances on prime-time network television shows include "Broad City", "Star Trek Voyager", "Wings" and several other shows. Eric had a recurring role as "Benny" on UPN's "In The House" with LL Cool J, Kim Wayans, Debbie Allen, and Robin Givens. ERIC made a cameo in the Blockbuster film, "Liar Liar, with Jim Carrey and is prominently featured in the Good Charlotte Music Video, "Lifestyles Of The Rich And Famous". Yes, That's Eric in the "Bottled Water" episode of "Penn and Teller's Showtime Video on Demand". You may also have seen Eric as the magician in the Harrah's Casino Commercial.
Eric has honed his live mystery and magic show for 3 decades. Sharpo has been awarded two certificates of appreciation from the City of Los Angeles for our shows for needy kids and his dinner theater production was featured on KTLA news with Allie McCay who did a big story on the show including an interview with Sharpo.
Eric performs at the Magic Castle in Hollywood, the El Cid Dinner Theater in Los Angeles, Le Chene in Santa Clarita, on stage at the Shrine Auditorium and onboard the Queen Mary.
Additional booking notes
Self contained! I bring all props, prizes costumes, mics, P.A. & speakers when needed. (I don't do lighting as usually all venues have adequate light. I have special lighting effects for specific routines. I play to the space as well as the audience so house lights are usually fine.)
My Close Up Magic can be strolling and table hopping and performed almost anywhere!
My Parlor Magic Show just needs a small front and center area for my table and clear sight lines for my audience.
I also perform age appropriate magic for children and families!
