SDL Creative Studios provides the professional cameras, lenses, audio, lighting, stabilization, and other production equipment needed for your photography or videography coverage.

For most events, our technical requirements are minimal. We typically ask for:

• Venue access with enough time before the event for setup and preparation when necessary.

• Adequate working space for our team and equipment, particularly for multi-camera productions, interviews, livestreams, or portrait setups.

• Access to power when extended lighting, audio, live-streaming, or production equipment is required.

• Venue approval for any specialized equipment, lighting, tripods, or designated filming areas.

• Soundboard access when professional audio from a DJ, band, microphone, presentation, or performance needs to be recorded.

• Reliable internet access for live-streaming services when applicable.

• Drone authorization and suitable conditions for aerial coverage. Drone services are subject to venue restrictions, airspace regulations, weather conditions, and FAA requirements.

For weddings, private celebrations, and standard event photography, clients generally don't need to provide anything—we arrive with the equipment necessary to capture your event.

For larger corporate productions, conferences, interviews, livestreams, or multi-camera events, we'll discuss technical requirements with you or your venue in advance so everything is planned before production day.
