Sergio was not only excellent at his craft, but so helpful in helping organize what we were doing for our event. He was flexible and was willing to pair up with some other artists that he was not familiar with and came up with a Spanish set that was excellent. He has a great attitude… highly recommend!

What to expect
I bring my own sound and equipment. Setup is fast and self-contained, and the client has nothing to worry about in terms of gear, timing, or music selection.
A typical wedding looks like this. Live guitar for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner, then I switch to DJ when the floor opens. One person, one point of contact, one sound system, and the music never stops between segments. For corporate events and private parties, the same setup works for background dinner music or a full night of dancing.
I can also expand the group. Guitar with a singer, violin, saxophone, percussion, a second guitarist, or a belly dancer, depending on what the event calls for. I handle the coordination.
The repertoire runs from rumba flamenca to vintage jazz to Latin, and every piece is memorized, so I can leave the stage and play through the room when the moment calls for it. Happy to take requests and build a custom set list in advance.
Presentation is clean and professional. I have performed at the Four Seasons, Fontainebleau, and The Ritz Carlton, and I work anywhere from Key West to Jupiter.
About
Sergio de Gouveia is a Miami wedding guitarist and bilingual DJ, and the founder of Sigano Entertainment. A Berklee College of Music graduate, he has spent over eight years performing at luxury venues across South Florida, including the Four Seasons, Fontainebleau, and The Ritz Carlton, alongside private clients throughout the region.
His repertoire runs from rumba flamenca to vintage jazz to Latin, every piece memorized, so he can leave the stage and play through the room when the moment calls for it. Guitar for the ceremony and dinner, DJ when the floor opens. He built Sigano to curate and run entire evenings rather than just play them.
He performs for weddings, cocktail hours, private events, and corporate events from Key West to Jupiter, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, and the Florida Keys.
The result is an evening that sounds like the Mediterranean, wherever you happen to be hosting it.
Additional booking notes
No technical requirements. I bring my own sound and equipment and handle the full setup.
All I need is one standard power outlet near the performance area.
Setup takes about 30 minutes.
For outdoor events, I need shade or cover over the performance area.
