My name is Ashton Barger. I live in Henderson Nevada and am a rapper, singer, freestyler, dubstep dancer, musician, guitar player, drum player, piano player and a few other instruments. I've been rapping over songs and freestyling off the top of my head for 5 years and have taken the time to fine tune my skills into something that's radio and production worthy. What to expect
A client or audience member should expect a great performance and good entertainment for free as I am just starting out. If a crowd or even one person likes rap, dubstep dancing, and more i can freestyle to beats, produce beats, rap along with songs dance to songs, etc. I am very good at what i do and could genuinely move people with my music and dancing if given the chance to be heard and seen in any way. My name is Ashton Barger, stage name is Selski the rapper. As my name says, i'm a rapper, singer, rap song cover artist, dubstep dancer, freestyler, guitar player, piano player, percussion drum player and more. I have been practicing freestyling off the top of my head for about 5 years and have listened to tons of music in order to get my mind music oriented. I've been listening to rap since 8th grade which is when i started practicing. I am looking for a producer to give me the pleasure, for free might i add, to listen to me rap a song or two or freestyle for them. I would love to get my talents recognized as i can be very productive in the music industry. Unfortunately i do not have the money to sign up as a premium member right this moment so i cant upload audio directly but if you would like to listen to me rap, sing, or just have a conversation with me you can contact me anytime at any of the listed phone numbers. I dont have lighting, staging or any real equipment besides my lungs, mouth, legs, arms and body. That't what i can start with, the rest will come when i am recognized. Which i want so badly.
Set list
I have multiple written raps at the moment, can write on the spot, and can freestyle multiple times without stopping. I am talented much much more than most in these fields and i can say with confidence, not gloating, that i am good at these things and that has come from years of practice.
Influences and inspiration
I have a mother who works as a helicopter flight medic and is the one that stops on freeways in order to save car accident victims and things of that nature. She was previously a travel nurse meaning she would travel around the country to different job openings and occasionally i would be able to go stay with her even in the most exotic of places. The most interesting place i traveled to was a native indian village in the bottom of the grand canyon. There were waterfalls, real indians, spiritual dances, and just amazing music and (link hidden)at and modern rap music, on the radio and not have predominately influenced my music production, rapping, and freestyling.
