We offer a practical and effective self defense seminar that covers the four tiers of effective self-defense: awareness & avoidance, de-escalation, strategies for fighting back, and simple, high-leverage techniques. It’s designed for real world scenarios and can be tailored to your community’s needs and age groups (generally ages 10+).
