As a child, Brandi started as a ballerina and learning the art of stage makeup. She quickly fell in love with all makeup including the children's makeup at Hello Kitty and whatever she could find in her mom's bathroom. She was very artistic and loved to paint, draw, and design clothes with her Barbie Fashion Design Kit. As she got older, her passion for Art grew into her desire to pursue her career as a Fashion Designer and Makeup Artist. After graduating with Honors from East Tennessee State University with her degree in Fashion Merchandising, she spent five years working with Victoria's Secret as a Visual Merchandiser and a Beauty Category Manager. While working with Victoria's Secret, she fell in love with working Fashion Shows. It was during this time she moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida to get certified in Production Makeup, Airbrush Makeup, Airbrush Tanning, and Special FX. She graduated from Cosmix School of Makeup Artistry in 2012, finishing top of her class. Since then, she has worked with many major networks including E! Network, MTV, SyFy Network, Lifetime, WE Television, and ESPN. She has worked over 200 weddings in Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Kentucky. Brandi currently teaches The Art of Airbrush Makeup and Airbrush Tanning at numerous beauty schools in South Florida, including the one she graduated from, Cosmix. She travels worldwide and hopes to do makeup in space one day (yes, she wants to offer makeup to anyone traveling out of this world).
