Lighting: Bright but not blinding for me or the audience.
Staging: Great sounding Mic that won't drown out most sounds. Great stand, have a big enough area that I can move around on, also monitors or speakers that pick up great sound.
Sound: Have mic connected to mic, speakers, and mixing board or bare minimum, mic that will have sound and speakers that they can hear me from.
